The general salary threshold is £38,700 per year or the "going rate" for your occupation code, whichever is higher. Some occupations and circumstances may have lower thresholds, including Health and Care Worker roles.
You can change employers, but your new employer must hold a valid sponsor license and provide you with a new Certificate of Sponsorship. You must apply to update your visa before starting the new role.
